What this choice covers

Only the trackers stored by Google AdSense, the ad network that funds the site, and by its partners. Nothing else.

The choice is made in Google’s consent window, which appears on your first visit. The button above reopens it, so you can change your choice at any time.

It does not concern your files: whatever you choose here, the documents you process are never sent anywhere.

What the browser keeps anyway

Three preferences, stored in your browser and never sent: the light or dark theme, the chosen language, and the tools you opened most recently. They cannot identify you, and they disappear if you clear the site’s data.

Your answer to Google’s window is kept separately, by Google, in a cookie of this site: that is what saves you from being asked again on every page.

Our commitments

The ad code is present in the page as soon as it opens, but it waits for your answer: until you have answered, no ad is requested and no advertising tracker is stored on your device. Declining is as easy as accepting, one click against one click. No purpose that requires your consent is pre-ticked: under “Manage options”, they are all off until you turn them on. The only options on by default are those that vendors claim on the basis of legitimate interest, and you can turn them off in the same place. You can change your choice at any time from this page, which is linked from the footer of every page on the site.
