How it works

Is quality preserved

Yes, fully. Merging recompresses nothing: the pages are copied exactly. A merged document therefore weighs roughly the sum of the original documents. If the result is too heavy to send by email, run it through the compression tool afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files sent anywhere? No. You can check for yourself in thirty seconds: here is how.

In what order are the pages combined? In the order shown on screen, which you can change with the arrows. The number to the left of each file shows its position.

How many files can I merge? As many as you like, with no limit on number or size. The only real constraint is the memory of your phoneyour tabletyour computer.

What about password-protected PDFs? A PDF that opens without a password but forbids printing or copying is accepted as it is. If it needs a password to open, go through unlock a PDF first, if you know it: the document comes out intact.

Are bookmarks and links kept? Links within a page are. Bookmarks and the document’s overall table of contents are not; that is a limit of merging.
