The address

It is the site’s only address. Use it for everything: a bug you ran into, an idea for a tool, a question about how it works, a request about your data, a business inquiry.

Report a bug

A tool that fails on a specific file can almost always be fixed. Four things are enough:

Which tool, with the page address. Which browser and on which device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone. What you expected and what you got instead. The file type and its approximate size.

Don’t send the file itself. A description is enough in the vast majority of cases, and if it isn’t, we’ll tell you how to make an equivalent test file that contains nothing personal.

Suggest a tool

Suggestions are welcome. Two conditions decide the answer.

The tool must be able to run entirely in the browser.

It must not require a disproportionate download.

Send us your suggestions and we’ll judge whether they’re feasible.

Your data

For any request about your personal data, write to the same address.

Worth knowing: the site holds no files and no data that could identify you. A request for access to or deletion of processed files therefore has nothing to act on, since there is no data to provide or delete. What is actually stored, and how to delete it yourself, is described in the privacy policy.

Legal questions

The identity of the publisher and of the host, and the mandatory legal information, are in the legal notice. The rules for using the service are in the terms of use.

Response time

Allow a few days, more at busy times. Bug reports come first.
